Shipping Policy
U.S.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices.
Free Shipping
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
- Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.
- All orders under 16oz will ship by First Class Mail. Anything weighing more than this will be shipped by Priority Mail.
- Orders that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices. We are not responsible for any import or custom duties or taxes. We are ONLY responsible for shipping orders to the address indicated.
Processing Time
We try our best to process your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner. During exceptionally busy times there is a possibility that order processing may take longer.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this to follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival for US orders is:
1. USPS First class mail (3-5 business days) .
2. USPS Express mail (2 business days).
International Orders:
CANADA & EUROPE: USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days).
EVERYWHERE ELSE: We will only ship out to the rest of the world with FedEx or DHL.
These are estimated times only. There may be unavoidable delays with delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Mollie Makes Everything is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mollie Makes Everything is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mollie Makes Everything will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS
Mollie Makes Everything carefully inspects all orders before shipping. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged product. For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping provider to notify them. If you feel your order is incorrect please contact us by email within 30 days of placing your order at info@mmeverything.com.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Items not in Stock
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
PREORDER
Due to high demand our products sell out quickly and are sometimes available for preorder. Preorder dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include preorder items as well as in stock items will be shipped once all of the items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in stock items before your preorder items please place separate orders.
